Hyun Bin (Secret Garden) Head Off to The Marine for 2 years

Just about a few hours ago, at 1:30 PM Korean Time, Actor Hyun Bin joined and preceded to the marines training camp located at Segyeri. The actor was surrounded by 700 supporters including fans and reporters, who came to send their love and farewell to the actor.

However before going inside, the star gave out a tearful message to his fans,

“Hello, this is Hyun Bin. A lot of people have come today. I, too, left Seoul this morning at 7:00 AM. On my way over, people told me that a lot of you came despite the cold weather. Thank you all so much…..Ever since last year, I’ve received a vast amount of love and support that I can’t handle on my own. I truly do not know how to pay it all back. I’ll make sure to spend my two years wisely to repay all of the love I’m receiving now two years later. I heard fans from not only Korea, but Japan and Hong Kong came as well. Time is, of course, precious and I’m thankful that they chose to spend that time on supporting my enlistment. I will make sure to come out of the army as a better man.”

After that message, Hyun Bin bowed down to his fans revealing his haircut for the marines along with a tearful face. As the actor stood there, however fans all across the area held up their banners with encouraging and supporting messages for the actor.
Hyun Bin will receive basic training for seven weeks before starting his 21 months of service. It has been established that his date of discharge will be set for December 6th, 2012. 

We all wish him a safe and fleeting journey as he embarks for the marines. Good luck, Hyun Bin, and we all hope to see you back soon!

‘Album Kings’ Super Junior “Leading the Hallyu boom all over the world”

Popular group Super Junior has talked about their thoughts on ascending as the “Album Kings”.

Super Junior was given the pleasure of being conferred the first place for the album sales on the Gaon Chart at Gaon Chart’s 2010 Closure of Accounts and 2011 Vision Conference, which took place at the Korea Press Club International Conference Room at 3pm on the 9th (of February).

Super Junior’s 4th official studio album ‘Miinah’ was selected as the album which had the highest sales for last year. ‘Miinah’, which sold a total of 200,193 copies last year, came in at first place for the album sales.

On the day, Super Junior Leeteuk who received the award, revealed his feelings(, saying that) “I’m really happy to be able to receive such a huge award from a fair and authoritative award ceremony”.

Later on, Leeteuk said that “If there’s the Billboard Charts in America, and the Oricon Charts in Japan, then in Korea there’s the Gaon Charts”, and that “Every year while doing activities, (I’ve) personally experienced the occurrence of the Hallyu boom not only in Asia, but also all around the world. We’ll diligently do our activities”, announcing his determination.

On the day, Gaon Chart announced their data and also revealed the detailed data of the online chart. This is the first time that the offline album sales chart is being announced since the Record Industry Association stopped revealing the aggregates in 2008. The revealing of the detailed online data, too, was the first since the establishment of the digital music market.

On the day’s ceremony, in addition to revealing the year 2010’s on-offline album sales, awards were given out to the singers who had clinched first place in the key areas of digital sales and album sales. Aside from Super Junior, Miss A came in first for the digital album awards, Kim Seungyoon and G.Na won the Best Male and Female Newcomer Awards respectively, and Lee Seungchul came in first for Mobile Downloads.

Because I am one Hell of Butler - Kuroshitsuji/Dark Butler

I was randomly looking for an anime to watched, than i seen so many recommendation for this series name "Kuroshitsuji" or in english is "Dark Butler". Since i know this anime was in the animax show so i just give it try.

It's been categorized as Shounen type manga/anime, but it's full with bishounen and had some "yaoi" element in the character and story. (That what make's fangirl going crazy about this series). But i'm not really into this anime (just watched to fill my free time). It's not a bad anime, quite good actually but maybe i prefer if the story less of tragic and sorrowness in it. I like the character like Ciel and Sebastian absolutely.

I even tried to read the manga, and frankly speaking the manga is better than anime since the anime didn't followed manga exactly.

Maybe you can try to watch the anime but no guarantee for satisfaction. Let's see some preview...

Black Butler (黒執事 Kuroshitsuji?) is a manga written and illustrated by Yana Toboso. Since its debut on September 16, 2006, it has been serialized in Square Enix's shōnen manga magazine Monthly GFantasy. The series follows Sebastian Michaelis, a demonic butler who is bound by a supernatural contract to serve Ciel Phantomhive, the twelve-year-old head of the Phantomhive noble family, and in return Sebastian will obtain Ciel's soul when Ciel has finished all of his tasks including getting revenge on the people who killed his parents; after that Sebastian is then allowed to kill him and take his soul. It was announced in July 2008 that an anime adaption, directed by Shinohara Toshiya and produced by A-1 Pictures, was expected. It premiered in October 2008, and has since ended with 24 episodes. The second season aired in 2010 spanning 12 episodes.

The story happen around Victorian-era Europe, a young boy loses everything he once held near and dear to a vicious plot. In his moment of death, he strikes a deal with a demon: his soul, in exchange for revenge. Ciel Phantomhive is now the head of the Phantomhive corporation, handling all business affairs as well as the underground work for the Queen of England. His new partner is a demon butler, Sebastian Michaelis, whose powers as a butler is only surpassed by his strength as a demon.

The story follows the two along with their other servants, as they work to unravel the plot behind Ciel's parents' murder, and the horrendous tragedies that befell Ciel in the month directly after.The parents of the Phantomhive estate were murdered when Ciel was younger. As a result, he made a deal with a demon asking for vengeance upon those who had disgraced him, and the Phantomhive name, in exchange for his soul.

Main Character

Sebastian Michaelis

Sebastian Michaelis is the series' antihero. He is the butler of the Phantomhive household and acts as Ciel's bodyguard, two jobs he is completely devoted to.

Sebastian often describes himself through the phrase "Because I am one hell of a butler" (わたしはあくまで執事ですから, Aku made shitsuji desu kara?). The phrase plays on the word "demon" (あくま, akuma?) and the phrase "to the end" (あくまで, aku made?). It can also translate to "I am a demon and a butler". He is highly skilled in any area and handles every task, no matter how impossible it is as well as any problem that arises from the errors of the other staff with ease, stating it is only natural as the butler to the Phantomhive family. This is due to the fact he is a demon bound by a Faustian contract to abide by Ciel's will. A sign similar to the one marking Ciel's right eye can be found on Sebastian's left hand, which has been used on one occasion to twist the arm of a kidnapper without touching him.
The name Sebastian is in fact a temporary name given to him by Ciel and was previously held by Ciel's dog. He bears a striking resemblance to Ciel's father. In the anime adaption, Sebastian can take the form of a crow. Sebastian's true demonic form has not been fully revealed. However, a depiction of sharper teeth, high-heeled boots, and elongated nails have been given. In the manga adaptation, Sebastian appears to Ciel in his true form, while in the anime version, he appears as a crow. His name is similar to that of Father Sebastien Michaelis, who compiled a hierarchy of demons in Hell.

Ciel Phantomhive

The Phantomhive family has, for years, been well known for making toys and sweets for small children. However, they are also the Queen's watchdogs; the Phantomhive family keeps an eye on black market dealings in ways that Scotland Yard isn't able to. Ciel Phantomhive is the heir to this legacy.

Earl Ciel Phantomhive is the business-savvy, twelve-year-old (later thirteen-year-old) head of the English Phantomhive noble family, taking over after the deaths of his parents, Lord Vincent and Lady Rachel Phantomhive. He also runs Funtom Company, which manufactures toys and sweets, and later adds a food branch after winning a Royal Warrant. His right eye, which is usually covered with a black eyepatch, bears a pentacle sign of the Faustian contract which binds the demon Sebastian Michaelis to his will. He also has a brand burnt into his back from when he was sold as a slave after his house was burnt down.
Ciel is engaged to his cousin, Elizabeth Middleford. He sees her as an important friend and someone he needs to protect. His parents were killed and his mansion set ablaze on his birthday, a reason why he does not like to celebrate the occasion. This tragedy causes him to not want to lose anyone important again.

Despite his young age, he runs the family company and as such is quite busy much of the time though he still finds time to go out investigating dubious legal matters.
The young earl is far more composed and mature than would be expected. He remains distant from others, aloof, preferring to spend his time on work for the company. He is oftentimes selfish and not able to fully empathize with people. However, he does express occasional concern for the well-being of those close to him.
As a side note, Ciel seems to enjoy drinking tea a lot (he is adept at distinguishing between them as well) and sweet desserts. He has asthma (inherited from his mother) and dislikes being around cats because they trigger his allergies.

Super Junior member Choi Siwon turned into an “action-dol” in the SBS Monday/Tuesday drama ‘Athena: Goddess of War’. Playing the character of NTS special agent Kim Junho who has a painful past, he shows off his strong acting skills alongside Jung Woosung, Cha Seungwon and more.

In the hostage battle scene, when innocent citizens were sacrificed after committing a mistake, he was reluctant to step back into the incident site because of guilt, but had to be bear with the feelings and was deployed back to the field once again. Before debuting with Super Junior, Choi Siwon has acted in the Korea-China-Japan collaborative movie ‘Battle of Wits’ alongside Andy Lau and Ahn Seunggi, and has also accumulated acting experiences through dramas such as ‘Precious Family’ and ‘Eighteen, Twenty Nine’.

This year, he made his presence felt through the drama “Oh! My Lady”, of which he had taken the lead role with Chaerim. In ‘Athena’, he displays a strong appeal which was not inferior to his seniors. He is the key figure in the story’s development, in which his presence will be slowly expanding as the events unfold. On various message boards, there are also a lot of comments who mentioned that they were excited about Choi Siwon(‘s role).

- Feelings about taking on an authentic action scene.

“It was my dream since I was young. I’m really happy to be able to be a part of the counterintelligence team in a blockbuster drama. It’s a burden, but it’s exciting.”

- There are a lot of seniors at the filming site. Are there anyone who gives you advices?

“There are a lot of scenes where I appear with Jung Woosung sunbaenim, (so) he would monitor me directly during the scenes. Although I do not have any scenes where I would be with Cha Seungwon sunbae, he would also monitor me, even to the extent of calling me up to give me various guidance. I’ve also received a lot of guidance from Yoo Donggeun sunbaenim.”

- Do you feel distant from a huge senior (like) Yoo Donggeun?

“On the contrary he would be the first one to approach the hoobaes. He’s worried that the hoobaes might feel distant, so he would try to show that he does care (about us). I’m really thankful for his gesture.”

- Did you get injured while filming the action scenes?

“There are quite a lot of injuries. However when compared to the others it’s nothing. When Woosung sunbaenim was filming in Italy, his legs were badly injured while filming the scene where he had to come out after smashing the glass. Nonetheless when he shot the following scene there was absolutely no changes in his facial expressions. He must be holding it in a lot. The female seniors were also injured while doing the more intense action scenes.”

- What do you think about the comments that said that you’re more good-looking than Jung Woosung?

“If there are a lot of comments like that the director can kill me off in the drama. (laughs) Actually I really liked Jung Woosung sunbae since I was young. Isn’t it a dream for all the boys to be like the movie actor Jung Woosung(?) There was one time where Jung Woosung sunbae mimicked a scene from “A Moment to Remember”, which said that ‘If you drink this then you’ll be my boyfriend’, and sunbae laughed and said that ‘You have to drink three cups’. There are also times where he would act out the motorbike scene from “Beat”. Don’t joke around by comparing me with the legendary handsome actor. Being able to act with him in a piece of work is an honor in itself.”

- Super Junior’s members have dabbled in dramas at the same time.

“Sungmin is currently acting in ‘President’, while Donghae makes an appearance in ‘It’s Okay, Daddy’s Daughter’. I’m very proud of the fact that the members are growing up in various aspects. I feel pride that Super Junior is having an impact on the Korean public’s culture through (our) subunit activities.”

- Do the members follow your activities well?

“If there’s a drama broadcast, the members will imitate my expressions or poses in the drama, and would joke around after learning the lines. That is our own way of expression. Because there are really a lot of activities that our members are involved in, (so) it’s hard to be able to follow every single thing. That’s why we would truthfully tell that we weren’t able to watch (the drama/activities), and admit that it’s our own fault.”

- You have attracted attention from the way you have taken care of Sooyoung when SNSD received the Daesang at the Golden Disk Awards.

“I was very happy after reading the article. I have a scandal with one of the members of SNSD who are the idols of the era. (laughs) Actually I grew up with Sooyoung when we were still trainees, and our relationship is that of a brother and sister. I think that the misunderstanding reflects the interest (in our relationship). Thank you everyone for your concern, I will work hard in order to become a better singer and actor.”

Why does Siwon Stand in The Centre of Super Junior

On the 1st’s episode of Strong Heart, SS501′s Park Jungmin spoke up about the placement of members not only on stage but also during photoshoots.

Hearing this, Leeteuk spoke up and said, “Super Junior’s center is Choi Siwon.” He explained, “If Siwon stand in the center, it looks like all the other members are good looking as well. Once, Eunhyuk stood in the center and it really wasn’t good.”

However, he continued to say, “But since we have so many members, if you’re in the center for the album photos, you get placed at the fold, so it may not always be a good thing.”

Many other idol groups have specific standing positions – for example, SHINee always stands Onew-Taemin-Jonghyun-Minho-Key. How does your idol group position themselves?

Actually i always wondering about this matter. Why always Siwon be in center or why Siwon always be a 1st singer? hahahah so i got the answer dowh..^_^
